You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under PAGCOR's regulatory framework, happyjili may require you to submit a government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of address before processing your first withdrawal.
happyjili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. happyjili makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In no event shall happyjili's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
happyjili collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact happyjili's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. happyjili will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
happyjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, happyjili will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
